Maiduguri, Nigeria – In a significant breakthrough, troops from the Nigerian Army's Operation Hadin Kai have arrested two suspects connected to the devastating suicide bombing at a mosque in Gamboru Market, Maiduguri, on Christmas Eve.
The attack on December 24, 2025, struck the Al-Adum Jumaat Mosque during evening Maghrib prayers, killing at least five worshippers and injuring 32 others.
