Two brothers, David Oluwatosin and Tosin Oluwatosin, are in trouble for being in possession of fresh human head in Ifaki Ekiti, Ido-Osi, Ekiti State. While Tosin has been apprehended by the Ekiti State Police Command, David is said to be on the run. The culprit was apprehended on Tuesday, February 14th following a tip-off.
