The Governor Akinwunmi Ambode’s newly inspired Rent – To – Own scheme which was launched on December 8, 2016 is no doubt another milestone achievement made by the Lagos state government in making housing more affordable for the low and medium income earners in both the formal and informal sectors. This laudable achievement is one amongst many others and has not gone unnoticed by the DREAM
