Landlord arrested after turning his tenant into a punchbag

A landlord, identified as Gbenga, was arrested on Monday after assaulting his female tenant for spreading her clothes on the railings of his house located on Adenrele Street, #Egbeda, #LagosState . . According to reports, the tenant who just moved in recently, had spread her clothes on the railings, a move which angered the landlord and he threw them down. . . The lady, however confronted Gbenga and in the cause of their verbal exchange, poked his nose, prompting him to rain some punches on her. . . The landlord later called in the police, however, eyewitnesses stopped them from arresting the tenant. After they told the officers what transpired, Gbenga ended up being arrested for assault instead.
